The greatest ending ever?...........

WOW. No choice but to chime in on what was the greatest ending to a football game I have ever seen. Of course I am referring to Boise State's thrilling victory over Oklahoma in last night's Fiesta Bowl. For those of you who didn't see it, a quick rundown of what happened:
- Down by a TD and 2 pt. conversion, converted WR Paul Thompson drives the Sooners the length of the field for the tying score with under 2 minutes to play.
- On their first play after the kickoff, Boise State QB Jared Zabransky throws an ill advised out pattern which is picked and returned 50 yards for a score (Sooners up 7).
- Zabransky gets the ball back with just over a minute to play and promptly drives the Broncos straight down the field for the tying score, which came on the most beautifully executed hook and lateral you will ever see.
- On the first play of OT, Adrian Peterson slices through the Boise defense for a 25 yards TD, putting Oklahoma up 7.
- On fourth and 2 from inside the 10, Boise State scores a touchdown on a halfback pass.
- Instead of kicking for the tie, Boise State goes for two and gets the conversion on a statue of liberty play.
For those of you who missed the game, do yourselves a favor and check it out on ESPN classic.......they'll be replaying this one for a while.
